We are excited to announce a major improvement on how campaigns are created and managed.

Note:
If you're using the old campaigns, read the upgrade steps below to switch to the new version.

What's changed?

The review request campaigns feature has been completely redeveloped. Here's what's new:

Combined Email and SMS campaigns (no separate campaigns needed).
Ready-made responsive email templates (no more hassle with the email editor).
Step-based message sequences (easily manage when/how extra messages are sent).
Record videos to grab customer attention and boost review chances.
Clearer UX for easy campaign setup with one-click creation.
Track recent activity at contact and campaign levels with more data: opens, clicks, ratings, and more.
New Send Invites API endpoint.
Easy bulk CSV uploads tested with 60k contacts, live upload progress, and post-upload report.
Customers can track credit usage on-page to manage credit spend.
Agency-level logs (Agency -> Logs) to understand why notifications weren't received.

If you have no email or SMS campaigns for the location, you already have access to the new campaigns and can ignore the rest.

If you have existing campaigns, follow these steps to migrate:

Warning: Delete existing email and SMS campaigns for the location. Backup content and inform customers about the removal.

This upgrade is per location, so multi-location organizations may have a mix of old and new campaigns.

Recommendation: Migrate to new campaigns soon, as old features will be deprecated in the coming months.

Email Templates: These will become redundant with the removal of legacy campaigns and will disappear from your account.

Note: Removing email/SMS campaigns switches the location to the new version, and you cannot revert.

Deprecation Timeline: No set date, but the goal is to remove old campaigns by year-end. Advance notice will be provided for migration.
