Starting today, you and your customers can set up reports to gain more insights into your reputation. We've introduced two PDF reports:
Summary - Get an overview of key metrics and insights from your reviews, offering a snapshot of your reputation performance and trends.
Responses - Access a detailed report of all responses to customer reviews, helping you track engagement and manage feedback effectively.
Access to report creation can be controlled via custom plans: Plan Options → Reviews → Reporting. This is enabled by default. You can choose the report frequency:
Weekly
Biweekly
Monthly
You can also download reports on demand by clicking edit on the report and selecting download.
